How do I download the Pronto app?
The Pronto app is available on the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iPhone). Search for "Pronto - house help" or use the download links anywhere on this site. Sign up takes under a minute - just your phone number, address, and OTP.
How do I book services?
You can book our services through the Pronto app available on both Google Play Store and App Store. Just select the chores you need help with, pick a time and we will send across our verified professional who will take it from there!
How quickly can a Pronto Professional reach my home?
For instant bookings, a verified Pro reaches you within 15 minutes of confirmation. You can also schedule a Pro for later in the day or set up a recurring slot for the same time each week.
Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Yes. The Pronto app lets you stack tasks - say sweeping, mopping, utensils, and ironing - into a single booking. One Pro handles all of them in one visit, so you don't coordinate multiple visits or pay multiple booking fees.
Can I book a recurring service?
Yes. Pronto supports recurring bookings - daily, weekly, or a custom cadence that fits your home. Set it up once in the app and the system auto-assigns the best available trained Pro for every visit, with consistent service quality across visits. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel any visit before it starts.
Can I cancel a Pronto booking?

Pricing is transparent and shown upfront in the Pronto app. Each service is priced per visit - no per-bedroom multipliers, no hidden charges, no advance deposits. Hourly bundles start from 30-minute slots; per-task services like bathroom cleaning, fridge cleaning, or utensil washing are priced per visit.
