Pronto Verified is a premium booking where a certified partner records your session. The recording is encrypted and anonymised. It is only used if you raise a dispute and is deleted afterwards. It serves as an extra layer of protection for you. A certified partner records them doing the work and only the work activity is ever captured. The video footage is encrypted and anonymized. The raw footage gets immediately deleted after the recording. A customer can choose to review the anonymized footage, which has automatically blurred faces and removed any other personally identifiable information, for 48 hours after the job is complete.
